How to use:
Slide sleeve over the foot, making sure gel pad is positioned under arch area, with the straight side parallel to the inner edge of the foot, with notch pointing towards the big toe. Position comfortably in the arch area. Can be worn directly against the skin or over socks. To wear on the opposite foot, turn the sleeve inside out and follow previous instructions.
Hand wash. Press flat in a towel to remove excess moisture. Air dry completely before reuse.
Do not place the product on an open wound. If irritation, discomfort or poor circulation occurs, discontinue use and notify your physician immediately.
